Yoga Professional Credentials:

Our founder began practicing yoga in 2000 and earned a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification in 2021. By 2022, they completed advanced, Level 2 professional teacher training, further enhancing their expertise and commitment to the practice.

Our founder was employed with the City of Miami as an after school counselor and taught yoga to children ages 5 through 13 years old.

Our founder currently teaches gentle yoga at two Miami-Dade County Botanical Gardens throughout South Florida.

Professional Credentials:

In addition to an extensive yoga career, our founder is an award-winning advertising, marketing and sales professional with over 22 years of experience. Renowned for fostering strong, collaborative relationships with creatives, producers, clients, and executives, they are a results-driven leader who combines creative vision with strategic business insight, delivering exceptional value in both operational and strategic roles.

Their expertise spans multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, high-end luxury retail, consumer packaged goods, beauty industry, quick-service restaurants, travel and leisure, retail e-commerce, and technology. They have led successful campaigns for internationally recognized brands, major sports organizations, broadcast/TV networks, and media/editorial publications.

Educationally, they hold an A.A. in Mass Communications and Journalism, a B.S. in English with a Minor in Marketing and Art History and have pursued specialized training through certificates and non-degree courses in Public and Professional Writing, Film and TV Industry Essentials, and Advanced Technical and Business Writing.

Additional qualifications include completion of the Graphic Design Academy and a foundation in the performing arts, honed through a Music Singing Magnet Program.

As of October 2025, they recently completed a real estate course in Miami, Florida. They are not activity practicing real estate. They simply went to school to learn and educate themselves about the subject.
